The Flint Street Nativity - Play, by Tim Firth (7) (Script work // Character Profile)

23/10/15

In this lesson we did our adult section again. This time, instead of doing the clapping exercise to understand sub-text, we tried a different exercise to improve our body language. This exercise consisted of running the same scene but without any dialogue. However, we didn't mime our lines, we performed the scene as if it didn't have any dialogue in it in the first place. We stuck to our blocking, character interactions and the same scenarios as before, but we only focused on body language, facial expressions and spacing.
