Musical Theatre (5) - "La Vie Boheme"

In previous lessons, we have sung through "La Vie Boheme". The image below shows the lyrics of the song, who sings what part and what the intentions are. When multiple singing are once, it tends to be in unison rather than harmonies. This is to show that they are all in the same situation and share the same beliefs - they all dislike Benny and what he has done, they all want to fight AIDs and they are using this moment to celebrate their culture and what they have.

In terms of movement, we have only blocked our beginning positions for this song. We decided that there is no point trying to block something when we not all of us know the song fully yet. Also, due to illness we are missing Roger, so we have been focussing on just getting the vocals right.
